he is trying to make me choose between my friends and him?
My boyfriend hates my most of my friends. My friends have done nothing wrong or mean to him. He is an only child and I know that complicates things. My roommate had words with him last night because he and I were in a drunk fight and she stood up for me (mainly him yelling at me as he usually does when he gets drunk.) He got upset and stormed out of the house, after cussing her out. He went home and I stayed at my place. I’ve been in tears all day because we’ve talked about breaking up. Do you think it’s right that he is trying to make me choose between my friends and him? What do you think about the whole situation?
youve answered your own question never choose somone over ur friends thats a big mistake coz at least their your saftey net if you come crashig down the support of friend is what keeps us as human beings sane
That doesnt sound like a good relationship ifyour bf doesnt like your friends for no reason. Being an only child has nothing to do with him not liking them. You should never feel like you have to choose between your bf and your friends. Thats not a healthy relationship. I would talk to him about it, and if he doesnt agree, then you do have other options!!
