Do hazel eyes really change color?

I suppose, mine turn from blue to green sometimes!

Ahh yes, I forgot to mention the blue greenish color too! It’s so weird but cool! xD

haha I get the same expressions from my friends! One day my bff said to me “Whoa, your eyes look so different! do you have contacts in?” I’d be like, ummm no.. lol xD

Yeah it’s crazy to see eyes that change like this, yet having a different hue color c; haha

My grandmother wears the colored contacts!! Her eyes are brown and she has blue contacts, I don’t like them O.o

yeap, when i’m in the sun they turn bright green :), also when I wear green clothes & when I wear blue clothes they turn blueish :D

sometimes mine do but they are usually green hazel but they can be blue or brown or gray

They sound almost similar to ‘mood changing’ eyes ;D I wear black eye liner and purple eye liner, and it creates a different hue to my eyes randomly, but very often cool^^

haha yeah, going from a different type of color that doesn’t actually look right, would look something that you haven’t seen before xD My family don’t use color contacts, we go our own way and use it naturally, though I like how my friend had the cat eye contacts xD

I’ve heard of the cat eye contacts but I’ve never seen them before D:

They’re actually pretty neat, though I wouldn’t want them on me haha My friend got them somewhere, but she said they’re more expensive then the actual color contacts. For who knows why :l

me too, when i put a lot of black eyeliner my eyes really pop out (: i’ve never tried colored eyeliner, i’ll have to try that someday (:

I think every color changes.

Yes they do change…It’s the amount of pigmentation in the melanin in the iris that changes what we see of color in someones hazel eyes. Light, makeup and clothing, even mood can change what we see in the color of hazel eyes.
