What are these horrible pains from?

I had sex about 4 months ago and after that I have been fine until now I have been having really bad pains in my stomach and my bones really hurt. I have been getting my periods like normal it’s just these pains I get and it’s hard to even stand up and I’m sometimes light headed and have fevers. What can be the problem? Am I pregnant in the tubes? That’s what my mother said. Please answer please.

I dont think your pregnant, you dont have your period if your pregnant. You should go to the Doctors (ask your mom to take you) and they can check to see if your pregnant or if it’s some kind of virus
