Answer #4

You are having panic attacks. Talk to your doctor tell him that it is panic attacks there are all kinds of things that they can do. And i know it is hard but just try to relax that might help too

Answer #5

what i meant by dealing with them…is talking yourself through them..you make a panic attack worse by getting yourself more worked up over them while you are having one. you need to remain calm and tell yourself positive things so that way you will beable to get along with them better. There is really nothing that you can do other then “notice” one and then just deal with it.

Answer #6

so what do you mean about just “dealing with it”

I suffer from panic attacks also that started as a child and continued in to my adult life. The best thing to do is to have a check in with yourself and say “this just might be a panic attack” - and try to do something different. It’s easier when someone is there to be with you - it eases the tension of feeling like if you just “forget about it” that something bad will happen - this person’s job is to assure you that if you fall they will catch you. Then - play a video game or read a book or go on the computer and write a blog. Anything you do to try to take your mind off of what you are going through is going to help you. I was having a panic attack too, and then I started to write to you and drink some water and now I feel better :)

Answer #10

if you notice a panic attack than you wont think that there is anything else wrong with you other than simply a panic attack. this way the anxiety wont be so intense.

Honestly I have been through the exact same thing. When i was 13 i had the same problems. Later on I found out that I was having what is called an “anxiety attack/panic attack”. It is a period of intense fear or discomfort, typically with an abrupt onset and usually lasting no more than thirty minutes. Symptoms include trembling, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, sweating, nausae, dizziness, hyperventilation, paresthesias (tingling sensations), and sensations of choking or smothering. The disorder is strikingly different from other types of anxiety, in that panic attacks are very sudden, appear to be unprovoked, and are often disabling. My parents used to freak out at me and everything. When these panic attacks begin, make sure that you excess them and deal. It took me awhole to learn how to “control” them. I guess it isnt much about controling them, but more about “dealing” with them.
