Can I get a hardship license so that I can drive myself and my brother to school?

I am 15. one month shy of 16. I really need a license to drive my younger brother and myself to school starting next month. I live with my mom and brother. we’re really tight on money we always pay rent late we get eviction notices every month and my father doesn’t pay child support or help out in any way. Can I get a hardship license??

I never heard of that being an option in the united states. Are you in the US or some other country.

Why can’t your mother drive or get a license? I am sure there is something other than getting a license that you can do but I have no idea of your country or some things of your situation to know the best things you could try,
