What would happen if I had 3 paracetamols in one go?

Answer #1

absolutely nothing. and no it won’t make it more effective, Paracetamol is one of the least effective NSAIDS on the market, Ibuprofen is much longer lasting and has guaranteed effects (unlike paracetamol)

anyway for any real danger to occur you’d have to take 10 grams in one go or 200mg/KG bodyweight…. oh there is also that 1 in a million risk of your face falling off in clumps…. but thats a rare allergic reaction and doesn’t depend on the amount

Answer #2

Hmm Ok..

Answer #3

as i said if it’s for pain relief you’re better of with ibuprofen ( or in some cases ketoprofen, amiprofen and a horde of other commercial names ending in profen) you can check up Paracetamol toxicity here : http://funadvice.com/r/15urdi7bo1b

Answer #4

I don’t have any ibuprofen :( .. Only Paracetamol …

Answer #5

ah damn :( well, the best dosage is 750-1000mg (one and a half to two tablets) that usually should keep you pain free for at least 3 hours… taking aspirin (one 500mg tablet) with paracetamol works even better, just be sure to not go over 2 tablets within 8 hours (aspirin toxicity is at 1000mg and up within a short amount of time)

Answer #6

Hm.. Ok.. Thanks ;)
