Answer #6

Bonjour, Je mappel {insert name], et tu? That is Hello my name is… And you? Pronounced “Je-ma-pell…eet-too?”

Answer #7

nous devrions rassemblement is “we should meet” Ive never been to france so I am not sure what there slang or modern terms for “hang out’ is. I only took 3 years of formal french in HS and college.

Answer #8

I wouldn’t use “mon nom est.” The French don’t use the same words we do, and don’t actually say “my name is.” The way I learned it, in French you say je m’appelle __. It translates to “I call myself _“. If you know the person, you would ask “Comment t’appelles tu” (what is your name). If they’re a stranger or they’re older, it would be “Comment vous appelez vous”. For the second phrase, I believe you could say “Nous devrions passer du temps quelquefois”.

Answer #9

Hi, the french use “Je m’apelle“ (I call myself _). They don’t say “ Mon nom est” They’d probably understand it, but it sounds arkward to them.
