What is a "handler" for a Sprint phone?

when i try to go onto facebook on my new samsung seek it says i need a handler to go on facebook…i have NO clue what tht is.

with a little digging on the search engines i think i’ve found an answer for you :). A handler is a program on the phone that allows the phone to view things that use flash. Unfortunately, from what i’m reading, there’s no way to get one if you don’t have one pre-installed on your phone. I’d call sprint and see if they’ve corrected the problem though. The info i found was over a year old.

thnk you…i found out tht when i was given the fone from a friend, when they reset it all the shortcuts to facebook nd tht stuff was disconneced… so i just have to go on the web browser nd go to facebook like tht, but thnx for the reply :)
