Why would you want one on the inside of your hand? That type of skin isn’t meant to be tattooed. The ink will ‘feather’ out because of the lines on your palms and wear/fade quickly. Maybe you should go with your wrist. Oh, and the pain factor isn’t anything you need to be concerned with. I have one on my foot and ankle and it was no picnic, but you can handle it. :)
