Halloween weight loss!

HI, I want to be Beyonce for Halloween. Hi can I lose like 30 lbs in a month and a half? Thanks! If you’re gonna say it’s not healthy, I know it’s not!

Drink WATER!

Drink a LARGE glass of water before every meal, and every single time you are hungry.

Keep a food diary of what you are consuming (even if it’s one bite of chips) and calculate your calories every day. Keep your calories under 2000.

WALK a mile a day as many days as you can in a week. There is no need to run and kill yourself with exercise and make yourself hate it. Simply walking a mile every day (or every day you can manage) will be enough to jumpstart and continue weight loss.

Eat salads. Like all the time. And chew gum and drink a lot of water. I don’t think you’ll be able to lose that much that quickly though.

Well, to be Beyonce for halloween you’re going to have to do a lot more than lose weight. I don’t think you’ll be able to turn into a black multi millionairess with a recording contract by October.
