What should we wear to be scene for Halloween?

Makeup: -Cake on foundation, it doest really matter what type, but you see how scene girls look almost porcelean-like? That the type of color you wanna get. Normally lighter. -Use your favorite type of liquid eyeliner and put it on the the top part of your eyelid (where it creases) and on the bottom, making a swerve at the end, like egyptians used too, but dont go too far. You might wanna getcolored contacs if your eyes arent already blue or green. Because thats the color of scene girls eyes. Wear shiny pink lipgloss.

Clothing: any outrageous color in skinny jeans. and/or a small pink/green/yellow/orange skirt Tight colorful tanktops arethe best colorful jewelry, like rave kandi, etc. Anddont be afraid to be outrageous
