How can I tone down my blong highlights?

wash your hair in a day or two…and see if that helps dull it down a bit…

if not, its time to get someone to retouch it darker.

The question I have is did you put color or did you bleach it? If you put color in your hair, this is what you can try, if you used an demipermanet color or a semipermanent it will wash away litte by little, if you dont whant to whait buy a clarifying shampoo. If the color is permanent then you have to use a color remover and it will take you back to your natural color. If you bleach it, then I will recomend you to use a demipermanet hair color. good luck

use a clarifying shampoo. they strip the color out more. (I think herbal essences has one.
