Why can't I get my hair to look wavy instead of curly?
it looks curly everytime!?
I don’t know what kinda waves you want, but a really simple (and hair friendly) way to get waves is to put some moose in your hair and braid it when its almost dry after a shower (just in two simple side braids), sleep on it and shake it out in the morning (I don’t suggest brushing it, makes it frizzy), add some hair spray and voila. The more braids you use, the less wavy and the more crimped it looks. I don’t know if thats what you had in mind but it does give you beautiful waves that last all day and it gives your hair a break from heat for a day. I don’t know if you can really see but this is what mine looks like when I do that.
