How can I make my hair thicker without buying any products?

Already have layers. & It doesn’t really do that. I want the FEELING of it being thicker.

Well you can always blow dry your hair with a medium or large round brush. If you do pull the hair straight from the scalp, not down, it will give the hair volume and bounce.

Plus I got curly hair so layers wouldnt do anything

You throw a lot of food in to it

trust me ur hair will never be as thin as mine i actually hav sum patches missin on my head! :P but the way i style my hair u would never notice. first of all, if ur hair is unusuly thin, most likey ur protein deffiecent. another way to tell is if u hav crappy nails. get a blood test. blow dry at least ur scalp if u dont feel like blowdrying the whole head. use cold air so u dont damage the little bit of hair u hav. dont always straighten ur hair. maybe twice a week and maybe more for ur bangs cuz thts only a bit of hair. USE HEAT PROTECTOR! and trust me no shampoo u buy will giv u thicker hair tht u will really notice. maybe a tad but its not even worth the extra money. part ur hair to the side but not too far. i hav short layers which made such a differnece for my hair like it looks amazing. i get compliments on my hair all the time and i probly hav the thinnest in my school so take my advice and good luck. btw, if u dye ur hair try to stick to 28 wash out dyes cuz they last about 3-4months and dont damage ur hair as much as regualr dyes. :)

i used to have really thin hair when i was younger and i got it cut shorter and as i grew older i got it cut shorter and now my hair isn’t really thick but it defiantly thickened. also have you tried volumizing shampoo and conditioner?
