hair straightening issues

I have a total issue trying to straighten my hair. everytime I straigthen it, it will curl in at the bottom and not be pin straight like I want it too.

  1. is there any way that I can make it stop?
  2. is it my straightener?
  3. if it is the straightener, what are suggestions of good ones I can get? thank you!!!

okay it could be both. the first thing you can try is hairspraying it lightly or using a straightener agent like straitening gel. there is chi straightening gel or biosilk but only use a TINY TINY bit! if you use a lot your hair will look really greasy. also, try curling it under. I know you want it pin straight but if it automatically curls out then if you curl it under, it will stay in the middle. if that doesnt work then you want to get a straightener that’s stronger. chi’s are definitly good but they’re expensive so try to get a straightener that gets hotter than 400 degrees F. it tells on the back how hot they get. only problem is… if you’re hair stops right above your shoulders then it’s kind of going to do that until it grows out some. if your hair is resting on your shoulders then that is why it is flipping out and there’s really nothing you can do about that…

hope this helps and good luck
