get layers or razored,and backcomb it! tease,tease and more tease!! don’t forget hairspray…like hcobabe123 said use little colorful accents wether you use a cute headband or little clips…plus if you have a hot topic store near you they sell really cool clip in hair pieces..u can get any cool color like hot pink,blue or even leopard..they’re inexpensive and can really make your hair cute…hope this helps :)

lots of hair spray, choppy layers, hair extensions and if try hello kitty or little kid hair clips. cololful stuff.

lol and ohh… be ready to invest a goood ammount of time (like 20+minutes after blowdrying and straightening) making your hair look “Scene” (aka making it look like you spent 5 minutes on it).
