Hair products to make your hair healthier?

I straighten my hair everyday and wash it about 3 times a week. my hair always has split ends but I want it to grow longer. I cant stop straightening it bc its a poofy frizzy mess and I cant go to school like that. do any of youknow any products that will make my hair healthier and will help repair the damage without causing more?

are you currently using heat protection spray before you straighten it? I straighten my hair practically everyday and have minimal damage because of my heat protection spray.

this may surprise you, but trust me: it works. you say you want to grow your hair out and so did I, but I had terrible split ends at the time. so I decided that if I was going to grow it out I should just get about and inch or maybe just 1/2 an inch off the bottom to clean it up a little. however, after doing this my hair grew SOOO FAST! it was saying, “oh lookie! I’m finally healthy! I guess I can grow now!”

you know that if you eat healthy food your hair is healthy too? because when you eat something good for your body its good for EVERY cell in your body eat right and take of your hair that will help (yours) the misfit…

If your hair is curly/wavy, it’s totally a way to wear it without having to straighten it every day. Enhance the curl/wave with products for it (mousse and some anti-frizz stuff usually does the trick).

I agree with using the heat protective products if you feel the need to continue using heat.

There really is no way to make your hair that’s already out of your head and damaged better permanently, so I’d suggest growing hair faster. . .sounds silly but vitamins high in biotin are fantastic. Anything that is a “Hair and nail growth” formula will make your hair grow much faster and if you can’t find that, then get pre-natal vitamins. . .they’re just as good.
