Hair problems, help!

I know this may sound like a hippy idea, but i was in your situation about a year ago. To get out the colour and the reddish tinge, you HAVE to try this method. Buy powdered vitamin c or crush some viitamin c tablets. Mix it in with anti dandruff or even normal shampoo (anti works better) and wet your hair, put the shampoo in your hair, cover it with glad wrap (cling wrap) and leave it in for a good few hours. I always used to do it for 5 hours. Wash it out and you will see the orange wash out in the bath tub or shower. Trust me, this method does work. I did it a few times until i dyed it again. It does not remove all the orange/red but it makes a drastic difference, so i feel your pain. One question. Was it permanent dye?

If your going to get the dye out and/or dye it again. KEEP IT HEALTHY! super condition it, and spray vinegar in it! it’ll balance the ph levels.
