Answer #2

No. It is not

Answer #3

How on earth does that make sense? No offense. They probably just don’t have long hair because they don’t let it grow.

Answer #4

Yeh i know, like I said ‘though theyve never tried growing it’

Answer #5

no but how fast your hair grows can be

Answer #6

in a way it is. I mean the length you let it grow to obviously is not, but hair can only grow to a certain length, depending on the size of your hair follicles and that part can be hereditary. Kind of like baldness in a way. People who go bald do infact grow hair, but the length it can grow to is reduced because their hair follicle size is reduced, so while the hair does grow, it doesnt grow long enough that it gets past the scalp.
