  Simply wash and condition regularly and apply some syrum to your finished hairstyle!! Also if you use straightners and blowdry it a lot then use a 'heat defence' this is just a spray you apply to wet hair before blowdrying to protect your hair from damage!!

  I'm 18 now but for years I've just been shampooing and conditioning daily and my hair is perfectly fine. When you condition your hair, be sure to leave it in for a good 5-10 minutes and you're hair will feel AMAZING afterwards!

  ahh well I'm only 14 and my hair is kinds dead because I dye it so much(: but always condition!! and maybe get some 'leave in' conditioner too.
