Hair extensions?

Okay,,so I’ve never used hair extensions but I’ve always wanted to try them ,,, !! :() they look like a lot of fun and you can create a diverse hairstyles! :) wich I love .. Soo,,I was wondering if anyone knows what brands or what kind I should get I do know I want real hair and a clip in but like,,what kind,,?? They have a lot to choose from at sally but all is very pricy I dont want to make a mistake and I want it to last me..

I had hair extensions before. I used real human hair which is pricy but I wanted them to look like my own natural hair. I matched up the colors w/help from the salon rep and went to another salon to get them put it. I had it done the glue way which was so bad. It looked great but the upkeep is not so easy and your own hair ends up coming out a bit. So I went for the braided way where they hook up your extensions to a single braid on your head thats made w/your real hair. That looked good too but again, my scalp was quite itchy at times and when you wash your hair, you have to dry it really well. Again, not so great in the long run. Would never do it again and finally when I just had my real hair it was barely touching my shoulders and was quite thin. Now my hair is great and long as in down my back past the bra strap wooohooo and I just love it! That experience though…omg I spent so much money! So you mite want to just get clip ons or try what I did and see how it goes. If you have good hair or relatively good hair, then I wouldnt get it. I made a mistake and paid for that mistake.

ask one of the employees to help you. It’s really not that hard.. you just choose the one that matches your hair the best. the ones at sallys don’t really come in “styles..” they are pretty much all the same and don’t have layers or anything like that so you’d have to cut them to get it to blend well with your real hair. you can also dye them if they don’t exactly match your hair color. I think they come in 14” 18” and 20”

14 inches kits a bit below your boobs, 18 inches hits like the end of your rib cage and 20 inches is almost to your belly button.

and yes, I agree with you about getting human hair.. it’s so much better because you can curl, straighten, crimp, and dye it..
