Hair and cell help

Ok well here it goes I know I annoy some of you but I really need some help I don’t know what color too streak my hair I’m thinking about dark blue purple pink lime green or fire engine red but I’m not sure witch one I should pick? I all so want too find a site that I can use too see what it would look like before I did it so I was wondering if any one new any good sites ? And all so I was wondering whats a good price is too pay for the dye cause I want too do it myself self and I was wondering if any one new what I should use too bleach my hair so that she can streak it and 1 last thing whats the best cheapest cell phone other then a per payed? So can any 1 help ? Please!!!

green ummm go to seventeen.com and make a acount and go to styles the go phone is not pree payed but it can be if you want it to be. also bout the hair get spray on color to see what it looks like that would prob help you a lot and like 4 thoes colors bout 7 or 8 dollers may be ten and just dye it blond dont bleach it if you want to no more msg me

I don’t mean the place I mean the brand of phone I know where the cheapest places are and teh real color is mixed right now but I am going 2 dye it black first

umm… thats a lot of questions, the cheapest place to buy a cell phone is probably wall mart, or ebay. what is the real color of your hair?I don’t think any red. if anything probably pink, and I don’t know how much that would coast
