make sure when you are styling your hair with heat tools that it is 100% dry and that you have applied a heat protective spray/serum, this will stop to much damage happening. you need to put the protein and moisture back into your hair. dry redken extreme CAT treatment, and redken all soft or smooth down conditioning treatments. the redken heat glide would be your best bet as a protective oil (only use a drop though)

I burnt my hair to get garne frutis or whatever its called and get the damage control one its in a green bottle you can get them at cvs and it made my hair more helathy and full
