What to wash my tongue ring with?

Yes you CAN use listerine. I used it on my tongue ring on the first day and the pain even went away for a while.

Go to the guy or woman who peirced you they should of given you some stuff! If not brush your teeth regulaly to keep a clean mouth and no germms. But you should be fine.

You can also go to the chemist and buy stuff thats disinfectant or something for your mouth. Have a look :)

I wouldnt wash my mouth out. except with just water. I would use cold water because it just seems to feel better on the piercing.

I just got mine periced 5 days ago. I use salt and warm water. I also use alcohol free antiseptic mouthwash. they both work great.
