H.I.M and Atreyu

how do you prunounce the band ATREYU…and what about the band H.I.M, do you say the letters like H-I-M or is it just like Him…

Answer #1

Oh HIM…My favorite band ever, also known as His Infernal Majesty. When they were first introduced in america they were known as HER, cause there was a band called HiM. Then latter they were HIM and HER. and now they own full right to HIM. (And Bam Margera did not come up witth the Heartagram. It was Ville. Bam Just shares it with him.) But yeah…its just pronounced like your saying the word ‘him.’ And I’m also just throwing this in cause it always bugs me when I hear people say his name wrong Ville Valo. It is said Vil-la. And thats saying it with a slang. If you hear a Finnish person say it, it is absolutly breath taking. Cause most people say his name like Vilee. And I cringe everytime I hear that. And Atreyu, Is just like the little boy from the never ending story. A great movie…you should really watch it. But if you have never seen it. the E sounds like an A. So if it was spelled how its said it would be Atrayou. But if you ever need to know something about HIM, or similur to that subject I will be able to help you out easily.

yep, you just say HIM like norml…or his infernal majesty if you want. but few people call them that anymore. the shortened it to HIM because it was a bit too long to pronounce…and actually ville valo didnt like the band being called HIM. he didnt like he meaning of it, but hes fine with it now…lol well if you ever want to know anything about HIM I know! haha and yer atreyu is just that…if yove ever seen the never ending story its pronounced the same as that character. and thats also were one of the bandmates got the name from!

HIM is just “him” and Atreyu sounds like a little kid saying “I’ll trade you!” Like… “I-tray-you” My friend and I thought of that lol
