Flipperdo’s advice is pretty good. Though I have no idea how much club gymnastics is. If you can, and this is also expensive, check out www.crossfit.com and find your local affiliate. Their workouts are usually gymnastics based. You will get stronger and more fit. They do get sort of a cult/club culture, so keep that in mind. Learn your form, keep your form tight, and you should avoid any injuries.

Chances are you will need to get stronger, esp for gymnastics. In order to catch up with girls who have been doing this for awhile you might need to go pretty hard at gaining that strength. Most girls don’t like hearing that.

well I love gymnastics and I am pretty good. I am training level 9. I have been in club gymnastics since I was 3. Maybe you should try doin club. Its kind of expensive but if you really want to make the team then you should definately go for it.

Just to practice & get tips from others who are veterans at those two sports. Ask them to mentor you. ツ
