Gum pain

I am almost 6 months pregnant. The top right of my mouth has severe gum pain. I have no clue why. I have no cavatives nor have I ever had any dental work done other than a cleaning. I even have my wisdom teeth still bc I had enough room in my mouth. (I have always had super healthy teeth.) what are some at home rememedies to stop the pain? My dentist said baby tylonol and sea salt. But its not working to well at all.

a lot of pregnant woman develop gingivitys.. its part of the pregnancy.. ask your local dentist about what they recomend you do

My friend made me try baking soda, smooshed freshed strawberries, and sea salt together. I put it on my sore gums in paste form and it did the trick!

mayb the babys gums are developing and its makeing yours hurt too!!! just a guess…
