Guitar recording?

No I checked the amp, and theres no Line Out plug. the only plugs I see are Inst. Input (where I plug my guitar into) CD Input and Head Phones.

unless theres something else I can do, I guess I cant do it with a resonable sound.

the headphone jack is powered. you need to use a line signal, there may or may not be one on that amp. sounds like you’re overdriving the receiving unit with the powered headphone signal. a line signal gives no power out enabling you to get the sounds from the amp. check the back of the amp for the LINE OUT plug and try that

its probably the cable…I dont really know the exact cause…try using an apple program…like garge band…its really great

maybe you could get a cord for a mic that would go to your computer and try mic-ing the amp…

if I dont use the amp, will it still be distorted though?

I play with distortion, so I dont want to plug straight into the computer and have it be clean, unless theres a way to distort it with my computer. anybody know if I can do that?
