How should I lose the weight

I am stuck at 175.5 lbs. I am going to go school clothes shopping and I need to lose 30 lbs in 1 month. I plan to do this throughout september to lose a total of 60.5 lbs. I am 14. How should I lose the weight and what are tips to help me do it quicker? I also play a lot of sports and excercise regularly.

uhm. seriously, its unreasonable and unhealthy to lose 30 lbs a month!!! yu should only be losing 2-3 lbs per week!

since yer already exercising regularly, eat healthy and avoid junk food and fat/oily foods, and drink waterr.
