What are some really great old and new driving songs?

One of my best friends is graduating in june and she will probably have to leave scotland to get a job. I want to give her a really well thought out present so im going to put together a cd of the ultimate driving songs (that’s one of our things, when we are going places we sing along to all the songs, alllll the songs). I’ve got a few songs but im stuck please help!!!

The entire Meatloaf bat out of hell album, Bob Seger stranger in town album, The Eagles greatest hits and The Eagles hotel california albums, Alison Krauss & Union Station album called New Favorite, any Lyle Lovett album, any Steve Earle album or Todd Snider album or John Prine album. and Nanci Griffith live called one fair summers evening. Sorry, I could only think of what I might take. Maybe you can get something out of it. I have a story about the meatloaf album and a road trip and it took place in England which is why I brought it up.
