Gray Hairs at my age? Another sign of health Issues?

So I have had grays since around 18 years old but recently I have noticed I have nearly three times as many grays which is beyond noticeable. My understanding is that sometimes gray hair is a sign of underlying health problems. Do you think I should come in contact with a doctor about this? I have had symptoms of being either ill or depressed for quite sometime if that helps you to understand my concern. (I.e. lack of energy, light headedness when standing, swelling of the hands occasionally, shortness of breath, severe twitching when asleep, etc)

Its said that stress can give you gray hair. im not sure if thats true. but most likely its just your genetics. theres no way you could be getting the amount of gray hair your getting from just deppression or stress. but it doesnt hurt to ask a professional.

Answer #2

Depression is most likely the cause unless it’s heredity, e.g your parents went grey at your age. Either way if you are depressed you should go to the doctor about it. And your other symptoms comply with depression, but things like swelling of the hands and others indicate a blood disorder. Like aneamia. This infact could be contributing to the depression. Best to get checked out.

Answer #3

Not really. Gray hair is really a sign of not assimilating certain vitamins and minerials. Or your body maybe toxic. That can be handled easily enough. Contact me if you want more information.
