hmm if you want to loose weight just cut out all the crap in your diet, dont have any chocolate things any sweets, keep your calorie intake below 1000, drink lots of water but dont be stupid + only have grapes water + bread because yes you’ll loose weight quickly but it’ll rebound + you’ll put it all back on - or even more. just eat a healty diet + not fatty foods
