Yes, you can make money with Google Adsense! I have been paid and am expecting another payment very soon.
If you are interested you can visit the Google Adsense website and read about the program. I have seen quite a few negative remarks about Google but I am happy I have the opportunity to make money.

Yes, you do. Entire large scale sites monetize through adsense and are able to employ many engineers and other staff personnel. You get a check from google the month after the end of the first month you clear one hundred dollars in your adsense account.

I make enough with this site and my own sites and projects to keep my wife from working while she is studying to get her phd. I would recommend it to anyone.
