I got to go to bed, How do I got to bed and get good rest? 8:30 right now in my time zone

close your eyes (it actually helps) and just relax. dont think. stop yourself if you ever find your mind wandering. just relax. don’t tell yourself to go to sleep. just tell yourself to relax. it’s really easy to relax and soon you will get bored and fall asleep before you know it

I recommend turning toward a wall, that always makes me fall asleep quicker! And drinking warmed up milk right before you go to bed helps you sleep better!

I don’t know…but if you ever find a good way…tell me because I have the same problem! Thats why I’m still awake right now.
