what is a good prepaid monthly cell phone service that works almost anywhere?

well, my current cell is awesome. pre-paid and simple, but no keybord. check out the LG Trackfone. mine is serviced by T-mobile. tell me if this helps!

Trackphone’s work pretty good around here. But my friend stopped using them after someone stole his account, then track phone jerked him around a lot, and he was out like $100 in minutes. After that he switched to Verizon’s pre-paid system and its been working great for him.

My roommate uses Straight Talk from Walmart, and hasn’t had any troubles with it.

But from people I have seen trying to use Track Phones is that if you try to use it like a regular phone, and talk/txt on it fairly often you will pay out the nose for it. The Straight Talk seems to work better for people who talk and text a lot more.
