What would be a good December special for our Spa this month?

Well that would be a 0 profit special would be nice to offer, if we could afford it, we could do a buy one 50% of the next service at equal or lesser value.

Could u possibly do buy 2 get 1 free that wud b the sam as 50% the second person its just one person gets to use 2 and one person gets to use one. Just a thought for like people that come often and may want a friend to come along once

Hmmm tricky… It’s Summer where I live right now so tanning and waxing would be perfect! Haha but not so much in Winter….. You could team up with a local beauty therapy/ make-up shop/ chain, and run some kind of ‘buy 2 spa vouchers (or whatever lol) and get a 20% off coupon for the make-up chain. Have an ‘escape the Winter season getaway’ special, where everybody that books between Dec 1 and 25 goes into the draw to go to some Sunny island or something… trouble there is you have to actually give the winner a trip to some Sunny island… which costs money $_$ An alternative could be a Christmas gift basket, to be drawn before December 25. Other little things could be: -You guys can wrap up the a certificate in a little present box with a bow etc to save your customer the hassle of wrapping, if it’s a present.

You could put some emphasis on how winter is quite drying on you skin and have a special offer on facials - either at a reduced price, or with a complimentary service like an eyebrow shape or something.

In addition to all those great ides, I would make sure all the ladies that come into the spa fill out a wish list, then you could contact their significant others and tell them what services/products their ladies want. They come in any buy gift certificates as Christmas presents.
