Glasses? & Eye color?

Is it normal for someones eyes to get lighter as they get older? I’ve pretty much always had light brown eyes but they have been getting lighter & lighter also ever since I became vegan, being more healthy etc. I’ve noticed that my eyes have gotten lighter :S

What kind of glasses go good with a person that has a roundish face? I can’t find the perfect glasses for me… every time I try a pair on they just don’t look right at all (first time getting glasses) I’m thinking of just giving up & getting contacts

yes, peoples eyes can get lighter with age sometimes even a change of diet can make them lighter howevere it would still be best for you to see a doctor or nutritionist to see if your getting all the neccessary nutrients your body needs
