Why do girls take estrogen pills?

Do you mean oestrogen pills as in Birth control? if you do then the birth control contains oestrogen…this makes oestrogen levels high so its stops the FSH levels rising,which makes the eggs mature in an ovary, and that stoped LH from realising the matured eggs. So if Oestrogen levels are perminently high from taking the pill it stops the rest of the cycle continuing and stops a woman from getting pregnant.

i mean i am 20 and i know i’m not ready for a child. But i started taking it when i was 15 to regulate my period. Alot of people take for that reason too.
