why is my girlfriend getting stomach pains not long after sex?

It can be a number of things.. best bet is to go see the obgyn.. in my case i get that sometimes from having a low lying uterus or tilted back uterus which is common and a lot of women will either have that or have a regular lying uterus.

is there a position that doesnt hurt you as much then ?

doggie style is supposed to be better ;)

euff, ill throw her on her hands and knees next time then and see if it is better for her :P any other position suggestions ?

well you could do doggie standing up that’s always a good one too..

like mandyloo said sometimes you’re hitting the cervix too.. ask your gf to tell you if your hitting something.. like if you’re going to deep next time you have sex and then if she gets a stomachache too then it could be related to that.. well, how often does this pain happen after sex? or did it just start?

also the doggie style was suggested by my doctor.. so i do it more often now so that is where that came from hehe

just read your additional info.. mmm if you can support her to go have her go to the doctor.. there are really all kinds of reasons that that could happen and some need treatment. better to nip it in the bud. If money is an issue you can find free clinics that are very good in every town and city. If you’re not sure where to go contact planned parenthood and they might be able to suggest a good place.

okay so she wil be able to feel it if i hit her cervix ? she said it doesnt hurt during sex though, she just said it hurts her stomach like an hour after sex but the pain lasts till the next day and she doesnt know what it is and we had sex first time the other week

last year i was getting that everytime i had sex for like a year.. the issues i had were.. i had some intense emotional issues about my husband and that can affect females during and after sex.. i also lost like 50 pounds over the year and was working out a little too much which also sometimes caused the same kind of pain you’re talking about. When i went to the doctor they said i had a little infection and i took some medication they gave me and now i’ve been fine for the past 4 months.. the female organs are sensitive and can respond differently in each woman. regarding her feeling you.. yes, if she feels a jab inside then you’re hitting something. hope that helps cuz i understand how frustrating it can be and it’s very uncomfortable to have that pain til the next day cuz i had that too.. =)

so will the doggy style sex most likely be a solution to the pains then ? and wow feelings can affect the woman during moments like that, i only thought that not being relaxed would only affect it,

feelings make you relax or not inside.. you can’t help it =) try.. otherwise go get her a checkup… i hate going to doctors but i’m glad i did.

i might leave sex for a week and try again and if it hurts her in doggy style i will try get her to go to the doctors or ill go for her, thanks :)
