Gimp2 Extention Problem...?
I just downloaded Gimp2 (gimp-2.7) and the file extentions are: Gimp XCF Image(xcf), Bzip archive (xcf.bz2, bz2, xcfbz2), and Gzip archive (xcf.gz, gz, xcfgz). None of them open up as a photo such as other zips (bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, png) …I’ve downloaded Gimp before, but I’m really confused. I don’t know what to do!!
you might have to set up the program to open these file type as default, as if there opening with another program its because 1.) it has not been setup to open with gimp 2.) gimp cant open these files because it does not support it 3.) try to uninstall and reinstall correctly the gimp program 4.) roll back using system restore to before you had the problem as it could have been sumthing you changed.
