Getting skinney

ok well like I really dont care about losing weight I hjust want to be in shape and look skinney im bearly starting a good diet but its really hard so its going kinda slowly so yeah well I cut all my cokes out all I drink is water and orange juice and vitamin water. im starting to eat healthy by not going out to eat or anything. well if I eat healthy run like 1 mile a day and on sundays or saturdays run 3 miles will I get thinner on my stomach and thighs and love handles??

yes. the key to losing weight and getting in shape is diet AND excersize. running is helpful, and is the cardio workout you need to burn fat, but building muscle can also help give you the shape you want. Try ab workouts-crunches, leg raises (back on the floor and rais your legs to a 45 degree angle for 30 seconds, repeat 2 times), obliques (back flat on the floor, raise legs and lower them to your left side, then raise and lower to your right), and planks (hold body in a push up like position with elbows bent and lower arm resting on the floor) also, your diet is important. protein aids in muscle building and weight loss. peanut butter is a good source of protein, as well as lean meats like fish. you are off to a good start-but don’t forget about lactic acid. Lactic acid builds up in your muscles after you excersize, and takes 48 hours to ferment. If you do not rest your muscles in between workouts, you will be unable to work as hard day after day. You may find you need to take a 24 hour to 48 hour break once in a while to let your muscles recuperate. this is ok, and without these rests, you will not be as successful at losing weight and getting the shape you want.
