Getting motivated

Umm well I’ve been finding it hard to get up in the mornings .. I barely have enough energy to walk to school then when im at school I can only just lift my pencil .. I fall half asleep in some subjects im failing school because I dont know what im doing .. any idea’s how I can get more energy or how to just keep up with my work in classes??

Pls post good answers I dont want to hear any negative Sh*t

well I don’t know about the school thing but as for gettin up in the morning if you have a radio alarm clock set it to the heavy metal station and turn it up loud and that will get you up =-)

There sre good products that are natural that are available in the pharmacies to help with concentration & fatigue. I know of a pill called Bio Strath it is made from natural products…

try getting up earlier then when it comes to walking to school you have been awake longer and are more awake. I was in the same position and it worked for me.

How about trying something for concentration like Vitamin B supplements. If you’re that tired and can’t even seem to get up out of bed, you probably have a slight vitamin B sufficiency, it’s commonly found in people that study a lot.

You can get a supplement or an injection at your local pharmacy (its EXTREMELY cheap). It will also help with this “ light depression” that you have.
