Getting A Horse

I’ve wanted a horse forever. Now, at my barn, because of the economic times, they are willing to sell any of the school horses. My favorite horse is a school horse and they are willing to sell him. I told my parents that I want him, but they can’t afford board. I love him more then almost anything in the world and I am not exagerating. If anybody else buys him, and he goes away, I don’t know what I’d do. For anybody who has never been attached to an animal, you probably think that I am crazy, but those of you who have been, you probably know what I’m talking about. Again, I’ve always wanted a horse, but now it’s different, now it’s a horse that I love with all of my heart who I can’t even imagine life without. I really need help. I’m not sure what to do(and I don’t want to sound greedy, because I don’t think I am) but I need him. I’m seriously sitting here crying over this. Please, anybody, help me.

you can see if you can work the board off. Like. By turning horses out, cleaning stalls, or feeding. I definitly know what its like to feel like you do. I’ve got four horses. And at one point, we thought we were going to have I sell my gelding. We ended up being able to keep him. But it was hard..

Ok, honey, first, if your horse does get sold, see if you can hook up with the buyer and come and see him everyday and ride him. That way, you can take lessons but not have to pay board. If you want him, find out what board for a couple months to a year is and see if you can pay about half that, then ask your parents if they can pay the other half. You could also split the payment with a couple friends. Let me know what happens with your horse. Also, what is your horse’s name?

dont worry ..

ii no what your talking abt ii had my pony (on loan) but then the owner sold her and ii was so upset now when I see them ii get upset and wish that was me

(ii starting to cry cus of it) lol,, embarrsed now ;)

but you have got to deal with it.. its hard but face it just buying him/her is not enough you have got to feed/groom/ride/look after and that cost lots..

not just buying him or her.. its the expeince.. your mum and dad have ov not got the money.. so you shld try and figure out if you work and get money put as much together then see how much your mum + dad are allowing you to have then you might have enough

(but you have to work hard as)

good luck ;)
