What I usually do to get rid of a headache is…take an excedrin migraine,go into a dark quiet room and relax. If that is not an option…wear sunglasses and try to tune any noise out..and just take a moment for yourself. If the headaches occur quite frequently and are severe you may need to see a doctor just to make sure your blood pressure is not “SKY HIGH” or to make sure that something neurological isn’t going on.
