Are male genitals or female genitals more sensitive?

Well if you kick a male in that area, they tend to feel it a lot more than a female. ( do not do that to a male though! ) So therefore i would say a male. Unless you mean something else by sensitive?

Both. Just the girls have the sensitive parts inside the body while the boys have them outside of the body.

The breast is not a genital. The breast is a secondary gender characteristic. And an erogenous zone. For boys and girls.
