Gauging my ears!!!

Does the helix cartilage piercing have gauge sizes or is it the standard size like a regular ear lobe piercing?

My ears are gauged out to a zero.. Can I go bigger than that w/o looking too foolish?

would downsizing one make more room for the other one to be stretched?
