How can I gain some weight?

Need to put some weight on ma body HELP!!!

Eat more whole grains, pasta, bread, etc, more protein like fish, chicken or beef (beans & soy if you’re vegetarian or vegan) and consider supplementing with a protein powder or similar.

Also eat more fruits & veggies, however, you really should exercise while you eat more else you’ll just bulk up on fat, which would degrade your health.
