What is FunMail and how come it won't work?

Anyone know why my pictures won't work? It says upload and click on it and then nothing happens?

For some reason, my login won't work with Chrome, which is a shame, because Chrome is the greatest thing to happen to browser...

It works at schoool, but when I go home it says something like I've been forbidden to go to this site
