This one is good!! it’s a japanese dish, but it’s totally awesome!!! and I hate most all japanese foods. I think they’re gross. but this one is perfection!!

Ingrediants: 4 cup steamed rice 3/4 lb chicken thighs or chicken breasts 1 onion 1 2/3 cups soup stock (dashi) 7 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp mirin 3 tbsp sugar 4 eggs

Preparation: Cook steamed rice. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and thinly slice onion. Put dashi soup stock in a pan and heat. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in the soup. Put chicken in the pan and simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Add onion slices to the pan and simmer for a few more minutes. Beat eggs in a bowl. Bring the soup to a boil, then pour the eggs over chicken and onion. Turn the heat down to low and put on a lid. After one minute, turn off the heat. To serve, first put steamed rice in a deep bowl, then place the chicken and egg on top of the rice.

Yogurt Bread

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon sugar

1.sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowel.2.add plain yogurt and sugar to the mix from step one and stir in the milk.3.use a rubber spatula to mix.when the dough hardens, put some flour on your hands and form it into a round shape.if the dough is crumbly, you can add a little bit more milk to soften it.4.put waxed paper on a cooking pan and place the dough from step 3 on top of it.use a knife to slit a cross on top of the bread.the bread will cook better this way.5.bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 190 degrees(approx. 375 degrees F).it’s done when you poke it with a toothpick and the toothpick comes out clean.let it cool, then slice. it has a mild taste,so you can put jam, honey,or butter on it and enjoy
