From yellow to blonde?

My natural hair colour is medium to dark brown and I have dyed it many times, it has been blonde before, red, dark brown almost black and ginger. I wanted to go back to blonde, so stupidly I tried doing it myself. It went very orange and now it is yellow and my roots are blonde. I want to go a platinum kind of colour but not sure of the best way, I don’t think the salon would do it for me because of the state of my hair at the moment, but my hair is very good at bouncing back into good condition. To get rid of the yellow and get blonder, do I bleach my hair again, use a very strong blonde colour e.g. live XXL or use a toned blonde e.g. nice and easy with an ash colour in it? I’m not sure of what to do.

Hi,

I think bleaching it will severely damage your hair if you have already dyed it so much. Is it possible you can go to a salon and see if a professional can even it out? I think that’s the route that will mess up your hair the least.
